3 - ARA 2010 - Marrakech, Morocco

This was the third visit to Marrakech for SP in 5 years and a second visit for GA in the same period. So, unfortunately for us, it was very much a case of "been there and done that". Everyone on the charter was obviously disappointed with the deletion of Mali and Timbuktu from the itinerary but there's no holiday destination on earth that is knowingly worth risking life and limb for. Sadly, though, Greg and I must come to grips with the fact that we will now probably never experience Mali or Timbucktu - we can't really see ourselves getting another opportunity to visit that country.
